I am passionate about natural health and wellness! I love to inspire and help others discover ways to support their health and open up to their dreams. For the past 40+ years I have been interested in, studied and practiced many approaches to health and well-being through body/mind/spirit.
Young Living Essential Oils have made such a difference in the quality of my life, and I am SO GRATEFUL for them, and to be part of a supportive network within Young Living. I enjoy being of service, continuing to give, learn, share and enjoy the deep, life-enhancing qualities of these amazing substances! Gary and Mary Young offer such a beautiful opportunity for anyone who catches the vision of Young Living, and I am deeply grateful for their shining examples of love and service!

I have trained with Gary Young, founder of Young Living Essential Oils, who is a great visionary, healer and beautiful human being, as well as I have taken other trainings sponsored by Young Living.
I trained with Farida Sharan, dear friend and amazing healer, and founder of the School of Natural Medicine. I have taught Divinity Touch Essential Oils, a 10 day certification course in Spain offering students certification through Farida’s School of Natural Medicine based in Boulder, CO.
For 15 years I was a senior teacher for the Resonance Repatterning™ Institute (aka Holographic Repatterning™), and co-founded the original Holographic Repatterning Association with my dear friend Chloe Wordsworth, an inspirational teacher, visionary and founder of Resonance Repatterning. I am so grateful to all that has come to me through this wonderful work! I taught the following seminar series in a dozen countries world-wide:

The Principles of Relationships
Holding the Healing Space™, which I’ve taught internationally since 1998, is a seminar I developed to help practitioners go deeper into the healing aspects of the therapeutic relationship with their clients.
Since 1991 I have been a LMT, (NM license) graduating from the NM School of Natural Therapeutics. I completed the OR license process, since I now live in Ashland, OR. OR lic.#18403. I studied Polarity Therapy, Colon Therapy, herbal treatment and other topics through New Mexico School of Natural Therapy.
Homeopathy was the tool I used to raise my kids, as I did not have access to Young Living at that time. I studied for three years with Dr. Karl Robinson, MD, as well as Dr. Cherian from India, and Patricia Stribling a brilliant and skilled lay practitioner.
I studied Polarity Therapy with Pierre Pannatier, successor to Dr. Randolph Stone, founder of Polarity Therapy, and also studied with Robert Stevens at the NMSNT.
My Hakomi Therapy trainers were Phil del Prince and Devi Records, two beautiful beings who played a significant role in my own healing process and my growth towards the skills I embody today. Hakomi Method is a body-centered psychotherapy. After my year and a half program, I began assisting in two subsequent Hakomi trainings, planning to teach this deep and powerful work. I was in my process of certification when I received a serious spinal injury in an auto accident. This injury was a life-altering event that put me on my back and using a wheel chair for a few years.
My spinal injury was my Phd in pain, and healing - ahh...life experience, the great teacher!
I also studied Qi gong for years with Chris Fernie and the Institute of Internal Transformation - powerful, instinctual and transformative work. Chris is a unique and excellent teacher - I have learned a great deal from him and had many profound experiences from my work with Chris.
I currently offer healing sessions in the above mentioned modalities,
some of which can be done long distance by phone.

PERSONAL
I have been blessed with 2 sons, Sam Flores and Peter De Jong, and 2 step-sons, Khlari Sirotkin and Sasha Sirota, all beautiful and creative young men. My grandsons, Lucean and Dylan, are amazing beings that I have the privilege to enjoy in my life!
I am connected to people and friends all over the world, and feel the heart of God has us deeply cradled and cared for, even when we go through life challenges. I have been under the spiritual shelter of my master, Maharaj Charan Singh ji since 1973, which has been the foundation of my life, and I owe everything to his shining example, love and guidance, and with the deepest gratitude to Babaji Gurinder Singh, my master’s successor, who has taken me under his wing also, since 1990.
