Never miss a commission check
When you share Young Living with friends, family or clients and enroll them to have their own wholesale account with Young Living, you create a group of people that are using Young Living products. When you place your own order with Young Living in any given month, you qualify for receiving a commission check from the group volume of sales to those in your group. When you are on auto-ship you will qualify each month that there is a sales volume in your group.
10-20% credit redeemable for product
Receive 10% credit of the amount of your auto-ship order for the first 6 months of your Essential Rewards program, 15% credit for the second 6 months, and 20% ongoing after 12 months. This is credit that you use towards product. (In other words, every time I order $100 on my auto-ship, I get $20 credit. This amount accrues, and I phone in periodically, find how much credit I have, order product, and pay only the shipping on these products.) The credit you accrue applies only to your auto-ship orders (not to any additional orders you may make during the month).
Reduced shipping rates on all auto-ship orders
This makes a big difference when you are regularly ordering Ningxia Red, as the glass bottles are fairly heavy. You get a flat-rate of $7.75 for the first 5 pounds, and a reduced rate for any pounds over that.
Discounted prices for certain products only available to Essential Rewards members
For example, the ART skin care set, which costs $115 (includes Cleanser, Day Cream and Night Cream) when you order the Essential Rewards ART skin care set, it includes the Purifying Toner, ($19.95 value).
You qualify to participate in incredible compensation and bonus program
If you have 6 people on your first level that are on $100 auto-ship, you will receive a $100 bonus each month that structure is in place. (Which covers the cost of your auto-ship order, you may note), plus any commissions from sales volume in your group.
If you support two of those 6 people in doing the same, i.e., they have 6 people under them who are on $100 auto-ship, you will receive a $500 bonus each month that is in place.
